If you contact Joan by email, you may provide your name, email address, scheduling preferences and anything you choose to include. This website has no intake form, email signup or online checkout.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, arrange private sessions, manage Salon participation and communicate about requested services. We do not sell your personal information.

Email is handled by the email providers involved in your correspondence. Online Salon meetings use Google Meet. If payment or scheduling services are introduced, their details and privacy practices should be made available before you use them.
Website and hosting
The site itself does not set analytics or marketing cookies, use tracking pixels or store information in your browser. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. Hosting arrangements may change when this site migrates.
Your choices
Share only what is needed for your inquiry. Please do not send highly sensitive clinical information or urgent concerns through this website or email. Contact Joan to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or ask for deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
