Budesa Method

Sometimes the problem isn't entirely inside you. Sometimes it's also about the world around you.

YOUR PAST โ†’ YOUR WORLD โ†’ YOUR FUTURE

Sociology-informed conversation, learning and practical next steps.

Your life, in context

A clearer view. A workable next step.

Personal choices matter, and so does the setting in which you make them.

YOUR PAST

What shaped you?

Family, culture, education and social class teach unspoken rules. Notice which expectations still fit and which you may want to reconsider.

YOUR WORLD

What environment are you living in now?

Look at the people, roles and practical conditions around a current difficulty. Separate what is required from what is assumed.

YOUR FUTURE

What fits going forward?

Choose a response that fits your resources: a clearer request, a different routine, more support or a change of setting.
